Service Description
The Beginner Ballet Foundations class is designed for absolute beginners or dancers returning after a long break. This programme introduces classical ballet in a structured, supportive way, focusing on safety, alignment, coordination, and confidence. The class starts with dynamic stretching and strength, implementing Progressing Ballet Technique exercises to improve strength and alignment.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Thank you for booking a lesson! Please review the following policies before scheduling. Payment & Booking All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your appointment. After submitting a booking request, you will receive payment instructions. Payment must be received within 12 hours of booking to confirm your lesson. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 12 hours, the booking may be cancelled and the time made available to another client. Bookings made less than 12 hours before the lesson must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your lesson for another available time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full lesson fee. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If you do not attend your scheduled online lesson and have not contacted me beforehand, the lesson will be considered a no-show and the lesson fee will not be refunded or transferred. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Lessons will generally still end at the scheduled time. Technical Issues Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection, suitable device, and appropriate space for your lesson. If a technical issue on my end prevents us from completing the lesson, we will arrange a replacement lesson or another appropriate solution. Technical issues on the student's end do not generally extend the scheduled lesson time. Online Safety Students are responsible for ensuring they have a safe, clear space to dance and appropriate clothing and footwear. Please follow all safety instructions provided during the lesson. Refunds Payments are generally non-refundable once a lesson has been completed. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Agreement By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Booking & Payment Policies.
